Job summary

Geeks on Site is seeking a hands-on Senior Marketing Manager with direct marketing experience in U.S.-based Home Services to plan, manage, and execute integrated marketing initiatives that drive brand awareness, qualified leads, service bookings, customer acquisition, and measurable revenue growth.

The ideal candidate has a proven track record of developing and managing marketing campaigns for U.S.-based residential service businesses and understands the unique challenges of customer acquisition

Qualifications

• 5–7+ years of progressive marketing experience, including digital marketing, lead generation, and campaign performance management.
• 2+ years of experience coordinating or managing marketing team members, agencies, vendors, or cross-functional initiatives.
• Direct marketing experience with U.S.-based Home Services companies (HVAC, plumbing, pest control, etc.).
• Proven experience developing and executing marketing campaigns targeting customers in the United States.
• Demonstrated success generating qualified leads, inbound calls, service appointments, customer acquisition, and measurable revenue.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute quarterly marketing plans aligned with Geeks on Site's objectives and revenue goals.
• Coordinate marketing specialists, agencies, and vendors, establishing priorities and performance expectations.
• Manage marketing budgets, timelines, and resources; adjust based on performance.
• Collaborate with leadership to identify growth opportunities and launch campaigns.
• Ensure marketing initiatives support growth strategy and customer acquisition objectives.
• Track and optimize KPIs (CPL, CAC, ROAS, conversions) and provide actionable insights.
