Job summary

Modernize Home Services is seeking a Senior Marketing Manager to lead our B2B inbound marketing efforts and drive pipeline growth in a predominantly remote setting. You will manage MQL generation, optimize funnel performance, and align marketing with Sales, Product, and Account Management teams.

The ideal candidate will combine strategic leadership with hands-on execution, leveraging Salesforce data and tools like Tableau to improve attribution, reporting, and revenue impact across the home

Qualifications

• 6+ years of B2B marketing experience with leadership experience.
• Hands-on inbound marketing and demand generation expertise.
• Experience across inbound marketing, events, and marketing operations.

Responsibilities

• Own inbound marketing strategy and performance, including MQLs and lead generation.
• Set and achieve MQL, pipeline, and revenue goals with strong emphasis on quality.
• Analyze funnel data to identify optimization opportunities.
• Develop and oversee B2B events and trade shows with clear objectives and measurable outcomes.
• Oversee marketing tech stack, reporting, and workflows; ensure data integrity and attribution in Salesforce.
• Maintain intake, approval, and operational processes across marketing functions.
• Unify marketing strategy across inbound, events, and operations aligned to pipeline goals.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product/IT, and Account Management on key initiatives.
• Lead and coach a remote marketing team with clear goals and performance expectations.
