You will translate business goals into actionable media plans and guide testing directions with the design and creative teams.

This role emphasizes independent initiative, strategic ownership, and proactive recommendations to drive client success across ecommerce brands.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in performance marketing, growth marketing or ecommerce.
• Strong client-facing communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to identify opportunities and bring forward ideas without prompt.

Responsibilities

• Own growth strategy for ecommerce clients across paid media and testing plans.
• Translate business goals and performance data into actionable media plans.
• Analyze creative performance and build testing plans from findings.
• Lead client calls with clear points of view, recommendations and next steps.
• Collaborate with paid media and creative teams to ensure strategy alignment.
