Sweat Pants Agency is seeking a performance media buyer to drive growth for DTC and ecommerce brands, specializing in Meta ads and beyond. You will own paid media strategy, guide creative testing, manage client budgets, and diagnose full funnel issues across platforms.

You should think like a marketer, build testing roadmaps, source and direct UGC content, and communicate clearly with clients. This role rewards fast execution and strategic thinking.

Qualifications

• You have hands-on experience scaling ecommerce brands with paid social.
• You can show CPA/ROAS results from Meta/TikTok campaigns.
• Bonus: you have built/operated a Shopify store or ecommerce brand.

Responsibilities

• Own paid media strategy for DTC/eCommerce clients across Meta and TikTok.
• Build creative testing roadmaps and write briefs for editors.
• Manage ad budgets ranging from $30k/mo to $1m/mo per client.
• Diagnose the full funnel and identify issues in creative, offer, or conversion.
• Communicate results, plans, and next steps to clients.
• Work with UGC creators—source talent, write scripts, direct content when needed.
