Job summary

Arize AI is seeking a technically strong SEO/AEO & Web Growth Manager to help the company become a leading platform in AI engineering. You will own the technical SEO and analytics, building visibility across search engines, AI assistants, and expert communities.

You will partner with Content, Product Marketing, Marketing Engineering, and external technical resources to turn organic growth opportunities into measurable results, including site performance, conversion, and attribution.

Qualifications

6+ years of hands-on SEO and organic growth experience in B2B SaaS or technical markets.
Deep expertise in indexing, crawling, rendering, redirects, structured data, and site architecture.
Proven track record improving organic visibility and qualified traffic.
Experience with AI search/answers visibility.
Ability to work directly with developers and write implementation requirements.
Experience with Google Search Console, GA4, Ahrefs, Semrush, or similar.

Responsibilities

Own technical SEO performance and roadmap.
Audit crawlability, indexability, rendering, and site architecture.
Improve internal linking, structured data, and page performance.
Diagnose and resolve SEO issues including migrations.
Collaborate with developers to implement improvements and prevent regressions.
Build and manage AI search visibility across AI discovery platforms (ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini).
Drive organic acquisition, backlinks, and nonbrand opportunities.
Own website growth, conversion optimization, and measurement.
Develop a data-driven organic growth program and reporting.
