Job summary

Airbnb, Inc. is seeking a Senior Growth Marketing Lead, SEO, AEO, GEO, to own the strategy and day-to-day execution for how Airbnb appears in Google, AI overviews, and AI assistants.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in SEO with leadership exposure.
• Strong SQL skills and ability to query crawl/log data.
• Proven track record shipping SEO programs at scale.
• Experience with AI-powered search concepts and content strategy.

Responsibilities

• Own the organic growth strategy and content roadmap across SEO, AEO (Answer Engine Optimization), and GEO (Generative Engine Optimization).
• Manage internal content strategy for acquisition channels: set priorities, briefs, templates, and quality standards for content and landing pages that drive organic and AI-referred traffic.
• Run the channel hands-on — pull and analyze data in SQL, size opportunities, prioritize by impact, and drive launches and experiments from backlog to measured result.
• Lead cross-functional relationships with product and engineering teams, embedding SEO and AEO best practices into web properties, app surfaces, and structured data.
• Improve how well AI models understand Airbnb's listings, product, and policies so they cite Airbnb accurately as a source.
• Build and evolve the measurement framework for SEO, AEO, and GEO — attribution models, leading and lagging indicators, dashboards, and revenue impact.
• Establish Airbnb's point of view on how AI-generated answers are reshaping travel discovery, and translate complex technical concepts into clear business narratives for senior leaders.
