Job summary
Arize is a leading AI observability and evaluation platform seeking a technically strong SEO/AEO & Web Growth Manager. The role focuses on building visibility across search engines, AI assistants, and third-party resources, with hands-on ownership of technical foundations, performance improvements, and AI discovery strategies.

- 6+ years of hands-on SEO and organic growth in a technical market (B2B SaaS).
- Deep expertise in indexing, crawling, rendering, redirects, canonical tags, and structured data.
Responsibilities
- Own technical SEO performance roadmap and execution.
- Audit crawlability, indexability, rendering, redirects, and site structure.
- Improve internal linking, structured data, and page speed.
- Diagnose and fix technical SEO issues including migrations.
- Partner with developers to implement improvements and validate releases.
- Build AI search visibility across AI discovery platforms.
- Develop off-page authority and backlink strategies.
- Own reporting for organic visibility and conversions.
