iSpeedToLead is seeking a senior, hands-on acquisition leader to grow our Cash Offer brand and attract US homeowners who want to sell their property. You will own paid acquisition as one connected system—channels, budgets, messaging, creatives, landing pages and measurement, in Austin, TX.

You will launch and scale Google and Meta, explore TikTok and consider X/ChatGPT Ads with a solid business case, allocate budget by lead quality, collaborate with creative and development teams, and connect

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on paid acquisition and lead-generation experience.
• Proven US lead-generation experience targeting homeowners.
• Experience owning Google and Meta ads with strong CRO/landing-page optimization.
• Ability to collaborate with designers and developers, and improve attribution via CRM data.
• Comfort with AI/automation and staying compliant with platform policies.

Responsibilities

• Own Google and Meta ads, with TikTok experience a strong plus.
• Allocate budgets across channels, markets, and audiences for quality leads.
• Turn seller insights into offers, briefs, and landing-page tests with partners.
• Connect campaign data to CRM and downstream outcomes and optimize attribution.
• Establish a clear testing and reporting cadence and drive independent solutions.
