Wpromote is seeking a Senior Director, Growth to lead new business efforts with high-growth enterprise brands, overseeing the full sales cycle and delivering data-driven marketing solutions.

You will collaborate with senior leaders to differentiate Wpromote in the market, drive sustained growth, and manage multi-team coordination, with remote-first flexibility and travel for key pitches.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of B2B consultative sales experience, ideally within a marketing agency or related services.
• 3–5 years managing complex B2B enterprise sales cycles with multi-threaded opportunities.
• Strong understanding of omnichannel marketing strategy and relevant digital channels.

Responsibilities

• Identify, prospect, and close new business opportunities through strategic outreach and relationship-led pipeline development.
• Manage 1:1 ABM outreach and timely follow-up of inbound leads.
• Maintain Salesforce hygiene and accurate forecast visibility.
• Lead end-to-end RFP and pitch processes with SMEs to ensure high-quality execution.
