Job summary

Wpromote is seeking a Director, Performance Creative to lead a team of creative strategists and shape a portfolio of key client relationships. You will drive strategy, testing, and learning across customer journeys, partnering with senior leaders to elevate performance creative and new business.

The role blends coaching leaders, presenting to executive clients, and solving complex creative challenges, with a remote-first culture and opportunities to collaborate in offices in select cities.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in advertising, creative, or digital marketing agency.
• 5+ years leading Performance Creative for paid media.
• Proven ability to coach leaders and present to executives.
• Experience leading RFPs and new business opportunities.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration with media, strategy, production, design, and operations.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a senior strategic partner across client accounts for measurable results.
• Own the health and growth of the team's book of business.
• Present creative strategy and performance insights to senior stakeholders.
• Lead new business efforts including RFPs, pitches, and in-person meetings.
• Collaborate with Media, Strategy, Production, Design, and Operations.
• Champion AI adoption to improve strategy, workflows, and efficiency.
