Jerry.ai in the United States is seeking a Senior Creative Strategist to own the full creative lifecycle, from concepting and production to iteration, across TikTok, Meta, YouTube, and CTV. You’ll fuse sharp performance instincts with elevated visual craft and leverage AI to move fast.

You will collaborate with media, growth, and production partners to build hooks, frameworks, and premium ads that drive results while strengthening brand equity.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in performance-driven creative production.
• Proven track record producing or directing high-performing creative for paid channels.
• Strong performance creative intuition — hooks, pacing, CTAs.

Responsabilités

• Concept and produce performance creative end-to-end across paid social, CTV, and emerging channels.
• Elevate visual quality, pacing, and storytelling while maintaining performance.
• Stay on top of platform trends to keep creative fresh and effective.
• Develop hooks, angles, and frameworks that drive performance from data insights.
• Translate performance signals into creative direction with media and growth teams.
• Manage and maximize agency and production partners with briefs and direction.
• Edit video directly to deliver premium ads quickly.
• Leverage AI tools to accelerate workflows and expand creative possibilities.
