Job summary

Jerry.ai seeks a Senior Creative Strategist to own end-to-end creative production for performance campaigns across TikTok, Meta, YouTube, and CTV. You’ll guide concepting, scripting, editing, and AI-assisted creative to drive measurable results while maintaining premium brand quality.

You’ll collaborate with media, growth, and production teams, manage agencies, and push the boundaries of creative craft in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in performance-driven creative production.
• Proven track record producing or directing high-performing creative for paid channels (Meta, TikTok, YouTube, CTV, etc.).
• Strong performance creative intuition — hooks, pacing, CTAs that convert.
• Elevated visual taste with design sense and brand quality.
• Video editing fluency; can cut and iterate quickly.
• Collaborative and entrepreneurial mindset; cross-functional teamwork.
• AI fluency; using generative tools to speed up production or improve output quality.

Responsibilities

• Concept and produce performance creative end-to-end: ideation, scripting, editing, and delivery across paid social, CTV, and emerging channels.
• Elevate visual quality, pacing, and storytelling to raise brand while preserving performance.
• Stay on top of platform trends to keep Jerry's creative fresh and effective.
• Develop hooks, angles, and frameworks rooted in performance.
• Translate performance data into creative direction with media and growth teams.
• Manage and maximize agency and production partners; provide direction and QA.
• Edit video directly, with fast iteration and high quality.
• Leverage AI tools to accelerate workflows and unlock creative possibilities.
