Jerry.ai is redefining car ownership with AI-powered services and a fast-growing user base. We seek a Senior Creative Strategist who owns the full creative lifecycle from concept to production, driving measurable performance across TikTok, Meta, YouTube, and CTV.

You will craft high-quality ads, iterate rapidly, and push the brand to new levels while collaborating with product, media, and analytics teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in performance-driven creative production.
• Proven track record producing or directing high-performing creative for paid channels (Meta, TikTok, YouTube, CTV).
• Strong performance creative intuition — hooks, pacing, CTAs that convert.
• Elevated visual taste with brand quality and craft.
• Video editing fluency for fast-turnaround ads.

Responsibilities

• Concept and produce end-to-end performance creative across paid social, CTV, and emerging channels.
• Elevate visual quality, pacing, and storytelling to raise brand while maintaining performance.
• Stay on top of platform trends and cultural shifts to keep content fresh and effective.
• Develop hooks and creative frameworks rooted in what drives performance.
• Translate performance data into creative direction with media and growth teams.
• Manage agency/production partners with clear briefs and quality checks.
• Edit video directly with speed and quality.
• Leverage AI tools to accelerate ideation, scripting, editing, and asset generation.
