Jerry.ai in San Francisco seeks a Senior Creative Strategist to own the full creative lifecycle—concepting, producing, and iterating ads that drive measurable performance across TikTok, Meta, YouTube, and CTV while elevating brand quality. You will lead end-to-end workflow, direct production briefs, write scripts, edit video, and partner with media and growth teams to translate signals into better ads.

You’ll also manage agencies and ensure outputs meet Jerry’s high standards.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in performance-driven creative production.
• Proven track record producing/directing high-performing creatives for paid channels.
• Strong intuition on hooks, pacing, CTAs, and scannable ads.

Responsibilities

• Concept and produce end-to-end performance creatives across paid channels.
• Elevate visual taste and brand quality while maintaining performance.
• Stay current with platform trends and cultural shifts to keep content fresh.
• Develop hooks, angles, and frameworks grounded in performance data.
