Mammoth Brands in New York seeks a Senior Associate, Full-Funnel Growth Creative to own the complete creative loop across three brands—Harry’s, Flamingo, and Lume. You will drive insights, production, and media execution to accelerate growth for new products.

The role sits within the Upstream Innovation team, reporting to the Director and partnering with Growth, Makers, and Supply Chain, delivering high-visibility impact and fast iterations.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in performance marketing or growth creative.
• Hands-on experience with paid social platforms and creative production.
• Proficiency in creative tools and data-driven decision making.
• Experience briefing and producing creator-led content.

Responsibilities

• Mine performance data and consumer insights to inform creative direction.
• Ideate, script, shoot and edit assets for multiple brands.
• Traffic and optimize campaigns across paid social channels daily.
• Translate results into next creative iterations and stakeholder readouts.
• Collaborate with Growth, Makers and Supply Chain to scale output.
