Mammoth Brands in New York is seeking a Senior Associate, Full-Funnel Growth Creative to own end-to-end performance creative across three brands—Harry's, Flamingo, and Lume. You will lead insights, production, and media execution to drive rapid growth with AI-assisted workflows.

You’ll work within the Upstream Innovation team, collaborating with Growth, Makers, and Supply Chain, owning briefs, shoots, edits, and paid media optimization to maximize impact and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Experience in performance marketing, growth creative, or related role.
• Hands-on with paid social platforms (Meta, TikTok, YouTube).
• Proficiency with creative production tools and data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Mine performance data and consumer insights to inform creative tests.
• Produce and edit 5+ new creative concepts weekly for paid social.
• Manage campaigns across paid social channels and Optimize spend.
