Job summary

Mammoth Brands seeks a Senior Manager in the Centralized Insights & Analytics team at our New York headquarters. You will influence category strategy for Harry's, Flamingo, Lume, and Mando, leading analytics projects and partnering across teams to shape brand strategy and performance.

You will drive reporting, mentor teammates, and collaborate with senior leaders to unlock growth opportunities in an entrepreneurial environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree; 4-7 years in an analytical, data-driven role.
• Experience with advanced modeling and the ability to create impactful presentations.
• CPG industry experience preferred; syndicated or retailer loyalty data a plus.
• Self-starter who can manage projects independently once onboarded.
• Strong collaboration and ability to drive cross-functional consensus.

Responsibilities

• Understand key business drivers across macro trends and craft strategy.
• Lead reporting on changes in the business.
• Highlight high-priority growth opportunities for our brands.
• Drive high-impact internal projects with key functional leaders.
• Answer the CMO's questions and show performance across markets and channels.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, analytics, operations, and others.
• Mentor team members and lead analytics projects across omnichannel work.
