Commure is seeking a senior Growth leader to architect and operate our growth engine from the ground up — hands-on. This isn’t a “manage the agency” role.

You’ll design the system, wire the stack, run experiments, and ship assets. You think in funnels and frameworks, build measurement infrastructure before you launch campaigns, and treat go-to-market as an engineering discipline: instrument, test, iterate, scale.

Qualifications

• Senior, hands‑on experience building integrated growth programs in B2B SaaS; healthtech experience a plus.
• Demonstrated ownership of an MQL or pipeline number — accountable for net new business outcomes.
• Deep hands-on experience building and optimizing ad engines across paid search, social, and programmatic.
• Proven ability to scale an early-stage marketing foundation into a repeatable growth system.
• Strong systems instincts and ability to influence cross-functional teams.
• Bias toward building and delivering high-impact campaigns.

Responsabilités

• Ad Engine Ownership & Performance Marketing: design, build, and optimize ad engine across paid channels with measurable pipeline impact.
• MQL Ownership: own MQLs, define SLAs, route logic, and track metrics.
• Scaling the Marketing Foundation: turn brand, positioning, and early channels into a scalable engine.
• Full-Funnel Growth System Ownership: manage paid, organic, ABM, partnerships, and referrals.
• Growth Stack & Analytics: instrument funnels with Salesforce, HubSpot, GA4, BI tooling and dashboards.
