Commure is hiring a senior Growth leader to architect and operate our growth engine from the ground up. You will own the number—net new MQLs and pipeline—and design the system, stack, experiments, and assets to scale growth.

You will work cross-functionally with Sales, RevOps, Product, and Brand to turn signal into pipeline, build measurement infrastructure before launch, and treat GTM as an engineering discipline.

Qualifications

• Senior, hands‑on growth leader with a track record building integrated growth programs in B2B SaaS/healthtech.
• Demonstrated ownership of MQL or pipeline numbers and accountable for net new business outcomes.
• Deep hands‑on experience designing and optimizing ad engines across paid search, social, and programmatic.

Responsabilités

• Design and own the full‑funnel growth architecture: paid, organic, ABM, partnerships, and referrals.
• Build experimentation infrastructure and rapid learning cycles to improve funnel performance.
• Engineer demand‑to‑pipeline paths with ICP definitions, routing, and SLA‑driven handoffs.
• Identify new channels and build scalable playbooks before scaling spend.
• Partner with RevOps and Analytics to establish taxonomy, data hygiene, and attribution models.
• Maintain a transparent roadmap and operate cadence across Sales, RevOps, Product, and Brand.
