Advisor360° is seeking a seasoned Chief Marketing Officer to lead brand, product marketing, and demand generation in a hybrid role based in Needham, MA or NYC. You will drive growth by building an AI-native marketing function, aligning marketing programs with revenue targets, and partnering with Sales, Product, and Executive leadership.

The role requires 12+ years in marketing leadership, experience in fintech/B2B SaaS, and a data-driven approach to KPIs and pipeline performance.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in marketing leadership with 5+ years in a CMO or senior executive role.
• Experience in fintech/wealthtech or B2B SaaS marketing.
• Proven ability to scale marketing functions and drive pipeline.
• Strong executive presence and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Own the Advisor360° brand, positioning, and go-to-market strategy across wealth management.
• Lead AI-native marketing function and align programs with revenue targets.
• Build and scale a marketing organization across brand, demand gen, content, and PR.
• Develop budget, measure KPIs, and drive pipeline velocity and ROI.
