Job summary

Agoda is seeking a senior data analyst to lead performance marketing insights for Flights. You will partner with Marketing Accommodation, Flights product and supply teams to design experiments and deliver actionable recommendations from large datasets.

With 8+ years in data analytics, you will translate data into growth strategies across channels, mentor analysts, and drive data-driven decisions that maximize lifetime value and efficiency.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of data analyst experience in tech, e-commerce, or digital marketing.
• Bachelor's degree in CS/Statistics/Math or Engineering or Economics and Finance.
• Proficient with SQL, Tableau, and MS Excel; ability to translate data into actionable insights.

Responsibilities

• Define Marketing strategy for Flights Vertical (outside of pricing).
• Spearhead development, execution, and optimization strategy for growing Agoda’s Flights business across channels.
• Conduct end-to-end analysis of large datasets related to channel performance, user behavior and market trends.
• Develop hypotheses, design experiments, and build analyses to evaluate campaign effectiveness and growth.
