Job summary

Agoda is looking for a data-savvy analyst to lead marketing analytics for our Flights vertical. You will set cross-channel strategy, design experiments, and translate complex data into actionable insights to drive growth and profitability across channels.

Ideal candidates bring 5–7 years of data analysis experience, strong SQL/Tableau skills, and the ability to influence Senior Management with clear, data-driven recommendations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/Statistics/Math/Engineering or Economics and Finance is a plus.
• 5–7 years in a Data Analyst role or related large-data projects.
• Proficient in BI tools and data warehouses; SQL, Tableau, and MS Excel.

Responsibilities

• Set marketing strategy for Flights verticals (outside of pricing).
• Spearhead development, execution, and optimization strategy for growing Agoda’s Flights business across channels.
• Conduct end-to-end analysis of large datasets related to channel performance, user behavior, and market trends; translate data into actionable insights.
• Develop hypotheses, design experiments (A/B tests), and build analyses to evaluate campaign effectiveness.
