Job summary

Agoda is seeking an senior Data Analyst to drive data-driven growth for the Flights vertical. You will develop analytics frameworks, conduct large-scale analyses, and partner with marketing and product teams to optimize campaigns and channel mix.

You’ll design and interpret experiments, translate findings into actionable recommendations, and mentor a team of analysts to sustain scalable growth. A strong data background and leadership mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in Data Analyst roles or big data projects, preferably in tech/e-commerce/digital marketing.
• Strong data-driven approach with ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Proficiency in BI tools, data warehousing, and presenting findings to stakeholders.
• Experience in leading teams, hiring, coaching, and project management.

Responsibilities

• Define marketing strategy for Flights vertical and optimize growth across channels.
• Lead end-to-end analyses of large datasets to derive insights for channel performance.
• Design experiments (A/B tests) and build analyses to evaluate campaign impact.
• Collaborate with Marketing Accommodation, Flights product, and operations to identify opportunities.
• Monitor initiatives, report results, and provide recommendations to senior leadership.
• Mentor analysts and assist in hiring and onboarding new team members.
