Job summary

Carrum Health is seeking a Senior Manager, Insights, Measurement & Analytics to build a world-class growth analytics capability. You will own how we measure, evaluate, and optimize marketing performance across our growth engine, partnering with a Data Scientist to define definitions and taxonomy.

This remote-first role reports to the Head of Growth Marketing and offers equity, an annual bonus, and a supportive, fast‑growing environment across the United States.

Qualifications

• Rich background in marketing measurement, causal inference, or applied growth analytics in a fast-growing, data-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Own marketing performance measurement & testing across demand-generation channels.
• Partner with embedded Data Scientist on business definitions, taxonomy, learning agendas, and commercial recommendations.
• Build a single source of truth with a standardized metric reporting layer (BI tools like Hex/Looker).
• Lead campaign experiment design with holdouts and cohort structures for peak enrollment windows.
• Translate complex analytics into actionable strategic recommendations for leadership.
