The Crescent Hotels Group is seeking a Senior Sales Manager for Horseshoe Bay Resort to lead group convention sales, drive property revenue, and build lasting client relationships. You will develop sales plans, conduct site visits, present to clients, and collaborate with internal teams to close contracts.

Ideal candidates have 4+ years in hotel sales, strong negotiation and communication skills, and a professional appearance.

Qualifications

• 4+ years’ experience in hotel sales or related convention/group sales.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Excellent English communication via verbal, telephone and email.
• Professional demeanor with strong interpersonal and team skills.
• Ability to exercise sound judgment, maintain confidentiality and organize multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to incoming group/catering business opportunities.
• Ensure bookings are made within hotel parameters and produce contracts.
• Conduct site inspections and client presentations; manage client files.
• Prospect for new business through sales blitzes, cold calling, and industry events.
• Collaborate with off-property sales channels to coordinate and maximize results.
• Develop and execute sales plans to solicit specified accounts and achieve revenue goals.
