MaxIT Consulting - Max Corporate Group is seeking a Product Strategy Lead for GRC & RMIS to shape product strategy and execution across multiple GRC/RMIS solutions. You will drive roadmaps, engage with customers, and mentor a team of product managers and analysts in a senior, player/coach capacity.

This senior role emphasizes strategic thinking, market insight, and a strong track record of delivering end-to-end product initiatives in a fast-paced technology environment.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in RMIS and/or GRC space.
• Proven track record of leading product strategy and execution.
• Strong understanding of market dynamics, buyer needs, and technology trends in RMIS/GRC.
• Ability to translate domain knowledge into clear product roadmaps.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor Product Managers and Analysts across GRC/RMIS products.
• Define and execute product strategy aligned with commercial objectives.
• Translate competitive insights into a clear product vision and prioritized roadmaps.
• Oversee roadmaps across multiple products/modules.
• Develop deep knowledge of the GRC/RMIS competitive landscape and market trends.
• Engage with customers to understand pain points and opportunities for improvement.
• Use KPIs and data to validate priorities and measure outcomes.
• Promote responsible use of AI throughout SDLC.
