MaxIT Consulting – Max Corporate Group seeks a Product Strategy Lead for GRC & RMIS to shape and execute a strategic product roadmap across a portfolio of GRC/RMIS solutions. You will guide cross-functional teams, translate market needs into a compelling product vision, and drive outcomes across multiple modules.

The role emphasizes AI-enabled product discovery, research, prototyping, and decision-making within a mature SDLC, with a senior, player/coach approach and strong stakeholder

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience within RMIS and/or GRC.
• Experience in a product, product-adjacent, or product-informed role.
• Strategic understanding of competitive positioning, market dynamics, buyer needs, and technology trends.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and support Product Managers and Product Analysts across a portfolio of GRC and RMIS products or modules.
• Define and execute product strategy aligned with commercial objectives, customer needs, and market opportunities.
• Translate competitive insights and business strategy into clear product vision and roadmap priorities.
• Own and oversee prioritized roadmaps across multiple products or modules.
• Develop deep knowledge of the GRC and RMIS competitive landscape and market trends.
• Engage directly with customers to understand pain points and opportunities for product improvement.
• Use KPIs, metrics, and customer insights to validate priorities and measure outcomes.
• Research AI, data, technology, and market trends to influence strategy and differentiation.
• Promote responsible AI throughout the SDLC and ensure security/privacy.
