Job summary

Ryder Supply Chain Solutions in Chambersburg, PA is seeking a Warehouse Group Logistics Manager to lead a large distribution center and oversee both salaried and hourly staff. This exempt role focuses on profitable growth, employee development, and operational excellence.

The position offers a base salary of $105,000-$125,000 with up to 20% annual bonus, a Monday–Friday schedule, and hours from 4:00pm to 1:30am. Emphasis on safety, KPI improvements, and leadership impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, logistics, supply chain or related field (or 2+ years' relevant work experience)
• Five+ years in supply chain, logistics, warehouse or related field
• Five+ years managing, leading and developing direct reports
• Five+ years managing large multi-level teams
• Three+ years logistics solutions & project management
• Three+ years LEAN leadership experience
• Three+ years P&L responsibility preferred
• One+ year customer interaction & KPI management

Responsibilities

• Lead overall financial, operational and employee aspects of multiple accounts
• Ensure profitability, safety and customer satisfaction goals
• Set goals, develop staff, and conduct performance evaluations
• Develop direct and indirect reports and conduct HR training
• Maintain location processes and cross-training
• Monitor KPI tracking and drive improvements
• Oversee SOX/invoice processes and customer invoicing
