Job summary

You will drive profitable retention and growth while meeting safety, financial, and customer-satisfaction goals. The role requires strong leadership of salaried and a large hourly workforce, with a track record in disciplined, performance-driven cultures and LEAN logistics experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, logistics, or related field required; additional 2 years of relevant work experience accepted.
• Minimum 5 years in supply chain, logistics, warehouse or related field.
• Experience leading and developing direct reports in large multi-level teams.
• LEAN or continuous improvement experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Goal setting, skills assessment, IDPs and performance reviews with feedback.
• Developing and mentoring direct and indirect reports; ensure staffing levels with internal talent.
• Create location processes and maintain SCLM; cross-train CLS and CLC.
• Improve KPI tracking, customer satisfaction and transportation management training.
• Oversee SOX and revenue recognition processes as applicable; ensure compliance.
