Job summary

Ryder System, Inc. in Greencastle, PA is seeking an overnight Senior Logistics Manager to lead the distribution center operations and supervise the team, ensuring effective warehousing and transportation solutions.

The role requires strong leadership, customer interfacing, Lean improvements, and potential P&L responsibilities. Salary is $100,000 with a 10% annual bonus; schedule is Monday–Friday 9:00 PM–6:00 AM, with flexibility for extra days as needed.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required; Bachelor's in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain preferred; Master's preferred.
• Five years or more experience in supply chain, logistics, warehouse or related field.
• Five years or more experience managing, leading and developing direct reports.

Responsibilities

• Interface with the customer to resolve issues and maintain satisfaction.
• Lead strategic operational planning and execution for the operation.
• Identify and solve operational issues using continuous improvement and LEAN initiatives.
