Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in business, logistics, supply chain or 2+ years of relevant work experience.
• 5+ years in supply chain, logistics, warehouse or related field.
• 5+ years in managing, leading and developing direct reports.
• 5+ years in leading large multi-level teams.
• 3+ years in logistics solutions and project management.
• 3+ years in LEAN work environment.
• 3+ years in P&L responsibility.
• 1+ year managing customer KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Set goals, assess development, IDPs, performance reviews, and disciplinary actions.
• Develop direct and indirect reports, recruit and select qualified personnel, provide ongoing feedback.
• Create location processes and cross-train CLS/CLC teams.
• Monitor KPI tracking and ensure quality in Transportation/Distribution management.
• Improve employee retention and reduce unnecessary overtime; safety follow-ups.
• Oversee process improvements and assign responsibilities for supplier/CLC/CLS.
