PRECISION AQ is seeking a Group Copy Supervisor to lead content development for a mid-sized book of business across multiple therapeutic areas. You will guide 2–4 medical writers, ensure accuracy, and coordinate with clients and internal stakeholders on strategy, briefs, and timelines.

The role requires AMA style mastery, strong scientific communication, and regulatory awareness, with opportunities to contribute to proposals and business growth while upholding PRECISION Principles.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of experience in medical communication or healthcare.
• Ability to command AMA style across documents.
• Proficient in Word, PowerPoint and Adobe Acrobat.
• Proficient in using PubMed and Google Scholar for literature searches.

Responsibilities

• Independently develop strategic, high-quality medically accurate content for multiple accounts across therapeutic areas.
• Collaborate with internal teams to meet client objectives and timelines.
• Review project briefs, assign staff, and attend kickoff meetings.
• Ensure scientific accuracy and regulatory compliance of content.
• Advise on strategy and liaise with clients on content-related topics.
• Plan resources and supervise 2–4 writers or associates.
