Job summary

Precision Medicine Group is seeking a Group Copy Supervisor to lead content development for multiple medical communications projects across therapeutic areas. You will supervise 2–4 writers, ensure scientific accuracy, and guide strategy with internal teams and client stakeholders.

You will review briefs, allocate resources, and participate in new business proposals while ensuring adherence to regulatory guidelines and PRECISION Principles.

Qualifications

• Statement of medical/scientific content with AMA style
• Proficiency in MS Word, PowerPoint and Adobe Acrobat
• Ability to locate and evaluate clinical literature (PubMed, Google Scholar)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• High analytic ability and attention to detail
• Strong self-management, organization, and time management
• Ability to translate complex scientific concepts for managed care audiences
• Ability to prioritize deadline-sensitive projects with competing client priorities
• Highly team- and detail-oriented

Responsibilities

• Independently develop strategic, high-quality, medically accurate content for multiple accounts
• Collaborate with internal teams to meet client objectives
• Review briefs, assign staff, and attend kickoff meetings
• Ensure scientific accuracy and regulatory compliance
• Advise on content strategy and client considerations
• Liaise with clients on content strategy and regulatory reviews
• Discuss medical content with external stakeholders as needed
• Plan resources with internal stakeholders
• Supervise 2–4 writers or associates
• Develop personal development plans and provide feedback
• Assist in new business proposals including TPPTs and analyses
• Attend and present at business pitch meetings
• Promote PRECISION Principles in daily work
