Job summary

Relevate Health is seeking a skilled Project Manager / Group Copy Supervisor to lead copy across market access and health system materials. You will mentor junior writers, collaborate with art, strategy, and accounts teams, and steer projects from brief to final delivery across digital and print channels.

You will translate complex medical topics into clear, medically accurate copy, manage deadlines, and ensure editorial precision through the MLR process, while driving strategic storytelling for

Qualifications

• Strong copywriting background with market access/health system marketing experience.
• Ability to own a project from brief to final delivery and lead others across multiple projects.
• Translate complex medical and market access literature into compelling copy.
• Editorial accuracy including MLR-compliant annotations and references.
• Confident, polished client presence with quick adaptation in real time.
• Excellent listener with strong cross-team collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead and own copy development end-to-end across market access materials and payer education.
• Mentor Junior Copywriters and coordinate with art, strategy, account, PM, and medical teams.
• Develop briefs and ensure copy is on brief, on brand, and on time.
• Transform concepts into effective web, email, social, and print copy.
• Present work with rationale and clearly communicate copy decisions.
• Ensure accuracy through the MLR process and manage annotations.
