You'll mentor junior writers, ensure clinical and economic value is clearly conveyed, and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced agency environment, across digital, print, and payer tools.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of healthcare or pharmaceutical copywriting experience.
• Managerial experience is a plus.
• Strong writing, editing, and communication skills.
• Regulatory knowledge (FDA, OPDP) and HEOR/value messaging.

Responsibilities

• Lead writer in developing access-focused scientific and promotional content.
• Oversee and mentor junior copywriters, providing guidance and career development.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create content across digital, print, video, and payer tools.
• Review content for scientific accuracy, clarity, and brand voice with regulatory alignment.
• Present content to internal teams and clients, address feedback, and manage workload.
