Job summary

PRECISION AQ is seeking a senior content leader in medical communications to develop high-quality, medically accurate content across multiple therapeutic areas. You will supervise 2–4 writers, coordinate with internal teams, and liaise with clients on strategy and regulatory considerations.

Ideal candidates will have 5–7 years in medical communications, AMA style proficiency, and strong written communication. A discretionary annual bonus and comprehensive benefits are part of the package.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years in medical communications or healthcare industry.
• AMA style proficiency and strong scientific literacy.
• Proficiency with Word, PowerPoint, and Adobe Acrobat.

Responsibilities

• Develop medically accurate content for multiple accounts across therapeutic areas.
• Collaborate with internal teams to meet client objectives.
• Review briefs, assign staff, and participate in kickoff meetings.
• Ensure scientific accuracy and adherence to content development best practices.
• Liaise with clients on strategy and content matters including regulatory reviews.
• Discuss medical content with external stakeholders as needed.
• Plan resource allocation with stakeholders and supervise 2–4 writers.
• Establish development plans and provide feedback to team members.
• Assist in new business proposals and participate in business pitches.
• Promote PRECISION Principles in daily work.
