Delta Dental of Arizona is seeking a Senior Sales Executive to grow commercial opportunities for employer groups (100+ employees) in the Phoenix area. You’ll lead broker relationships, present proposals, and close deals while aligning with underwriting and product teams.

Ideal candidates have a robust sales track record, broker-facing experience, and strong communication skills to deliver tailored benefit solutions. Base pay plus commission, Scottsdale office.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business, marketing or related field.
• Arizona health and life insurance licenses required.
• Experience selling to employer groups with 100+ employees.
• Strong communication and presentation skills for varied group sizes.
• Knowledge of medical/ancillary group benefit products and underwriting.

Responsabilidades

• Achieve new sales to meet assigned goals and performance standards.
• Educate producers on Delta Dental of Arizona value proposition and products.
• Conduct market research to identify potential new clients.
• Support sales presentations and proposals to employer groups.
• Lead and participate in open enrollment meetings and events.
• Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations for new opportunities.
• Negotiate contracts and analyze market data to refine strategies.
• Maintain and expand producer networks to meet production objectives.
• Track sales activities and use Salesforce for record-keeping.
