Trucordia Insurance Services, LLC is seeking a seasoned insurance account management leader in Layton, UT. You will manage the firm's most complex, high-revenue accounts and drive multi-year strategies to optimize risk, costs, and growth.

You will guide stewardship meetings with executives, provide mentorship on complex placements, and collaborate across teams to deliver tailored health insurance solutions while sustaining profitable client partnerships.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in insurance account management, including large, complex benefits.
• Deep expertise in Life & Health products, markets and strategies (fully-insured, level-funded, self-funded).
• Exposure to stop-loss dynamics with large clients.
• Proven revenue generation through cross-selling and strategic development.
• Excellent consultative communication and presentation skills for C-suite audiences.
• Knowledge of insurance markets, carriers, and account profitability metrics.

Responsibilities

• Serve as senior relationship executive for a portfolio of complex, high-revenue accounts.
• Develop and lead multi-year account strategies addressing risk, compliance, cost management, and growth.
• Coordinate stewardship meetings with client executives and decision-makers.
• Act as escalation point for high-priority service needs, compliance issues, or claims challenges.
• Carry and meet annual revenue goals through coverage/product expansion within existing accounts.
