Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in insurance account management, with a focus on complex commercial accounts.
• Active licenses in P&C and/or L&H; CIC/CPCU preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead client meetings, renewal strategy sessions, and coverage consultations.
• Develop tailored service plans and risk management strategies in alignment with client objectives.
• Collaborate with producers and practice leaders to present unified service and growth strategies.
• Manage the renewal process from strategy to execution, including marketing and negotiations.
• Monitor carrier performance, pricing trends, and market conditions to inform placements.
