Job summary

Ascendion is seeking a Project Lead for the Groundwater Treatment Facility Relocation on a major data center site in Virginia. You will oversee on-site construction management, safety, and stakeholder coordination to deliver the relocation on schedule.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years delivering complex capital projects in the US, OHSA 30 certification, and strong communication. Expect collaboration with environmental consultants, contractors, and operations teams with a safety-first mindset.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management or civil engineering or related field with 5+ years of related experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to establish cross-functional, positive working relationships.
• OHSA 30 certification.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day field activities for groundwater relocation and on-site construction.
• Accountable for safety, scope, schedule, and budget per contract milestones.
• Coordinate with Land Development, Security, Legal, Design, Construction, and Operations teams.
• Monitor site safety plans and ensure high standards of EHS management.
• Report progress and lessons learned to stakeholders and act as single point of contact.
