Job summary

Insight Global is seeking a Construction Project Manager – Project Safety Advisor to lead pre-construction efforts for datacenter site work in Manassas, VA. The role focuses on groundwater treatment facility relocation, site earthworks, and compliance with the Site-Specific Safety Plan.

The position requires managing high-risk activities, coordinating with internal and external teams, and ensuring regulatory compliance with EPA and VDEQ directives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree requirement in construction management, civil engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of related construction experience.
• Ability to establish and maintain cross-functional relationships with internal and external teams.
• OSHA 30 certification.

Responsibilities

• Oversee execution of pre-construction work for datacenter groundworks.
• Oversee Groundwater Treatment Facility Relocation and associated site infrastructure.
• Monitor Site-Specific Safety Plan and manage High-Risk Activities.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, consultants, and regulatory agencies (VDEQ, EPA) for compliance.
• Ensure progress and safety across field activities.
