Job summary

Ascendion is seeking an experienced Pre-Construction On-Site Project Lead to oversee the combined role of Construction Project Manager and Project Safety Advisor for groundwater treatment facility relocation on data center campus sites in Virginia.

You will coordinate with Environmental Consultant-General Contractor, ARC, JS Held, and regulators (VDEQ) to ensure safety, schedule, and budget alignment while maintaining high standards of EHS across the site.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to establish and maintain cross-functional relationships with internal and external teams.

Responsibilities

• On-site Construction Management to oversee delivery for sites.
• Ensure safety, scope, schedule and budget are managed and reported.
• Coordinate with Environmental Consultant-General Contractor, vendors, and regulators.
