Job summary

Forge Construction, the construction arm of Denton Floyd Real Estate Group, seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead ground-up multifamily projects from preconstruction to closeout. You will drive schedules, budgets, safety, and quality while coordinating with owners, architects, engineers, and vendors.

The role requires 10+ years in construction PM, Procore proficiency, and travel up to 20%. A degree in Construction Management or related fields is preferred.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of construction project management experience with multifamily projects
• Ground-up multifamily development experience in target markets
• Proficiency with Procore and MS Office
• Strong scheduling and cost-control knowledge
• Excellent written and verbal communication; professional interaction with owners, design teams, subs, and stakeholders
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel up to 20%

Responsibilities

• Manage all phases of construction from pre-construction through closeout
• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using Procore or similar
• Monitor project budgets and provide financial reporting
• Conduct site visits to ensure quality and compliance
• Coordinate with owners, architects, engineers, and authorities for timely approvals
• Lead subcontractor coordination, bid, award, and change orders to ensure accountability
• Prepare weekly status reports and project documentation
• Collaborate with development, property management, and accounting teams
