Actalent is seeking a Project Manager for ground-up commercial construction in the Northern Virginia region, focusing on healthcare, K-12, higher education, and living facilities. You will lead complex projects from design through completion, manage CPM schedules, and coordinate with subcontractors to ensure safety, quality, and on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management in commercial construction.
• Experience leading ground-up projects in healthcare, K12, and higher education.
• Projects ranging from $15M to $70M in size.

Responsabilités

• Lead ground-up commercial projects from design through completion across healthcare, education, and living facilities.
• Plan and manage projects in the $15M–$70M range to align with client goals.
• Champion safety on all projects and maintain OSHA 30-hour compliance.
• Pre-qualify subcontractors, conduct site/office visits, and evaluate capabilities.
• Oversee digital and field mock-ups and ensure quality control integration.
• Coordinate Virtual Design and Construction (VDC) needs for planning/execution.
• Develop CPM schedule from schematic design through construction documents and refine leanly.
• Use Primavera P6 to build, update, and manage detailed project schedules.
