Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, science, or related field.
• 6+ years in space/defense domains with systems engineering experience.
• Proficient in system architecting, MBSE, ground system concepts.
• Strong written and oral communication; travel 5–10% as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead studies in architecture and design of ground systems with multi‑disciplinary teams.
• Coordinate across Aerospace experts to enable concurrent engineering.
• Define system capabilities, interfaces, and requirements for space/ground architectures.
• Evaluate ground system concepts and participate in design reviews.
• Communicate results in briefings and formal reports; mentor junior members.
• Develop tools/models to support ground system concept design and analysis.
