Job summary

Responsibilities

• Manage the Charter Coordinators; promote safety and training of weight and balance.
• Establish a work schedule for the team and ensure training of on-duty coordinators.
• Oversee ground/ramp operations to ensure FAA, OSHA compliance and safety standards.
• Develop and deliver Ground Ops/Ramp training for staff at all levels.
• Coordinate with the Eastern Commercial team on network changes and new station openings.
