Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering (power systems preferred).
• 3–5+ years relevant interconnection experience (Analyst) or 5–8+ years (Senior Analyst).
• Experience with power system modeling tools (PSSE/PSLF/PowerWorld/PSCAD/ETAP).
• Ability to translate technical results into actionable business insights.

Responsibilities

• Develop interconnection strategy and manage queue applications and studies.
• Review study results (power flow, short-circuit, stability) and identify upgrades.
• Coordinate with Development, Engineering and Construction teams on grid integration risks and costs.
• Monitor ISO/RTO procedures, tariffs, and market rules affecting projects.
