You will lead the delivery of products, manage ingestion and transformation of complex grid data, and ensure successful onboarding with measurable time-to-value for customers.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in power systems engineering focusing on grid data, modeling, or planning software implementation.
• Proven track record delivering complex technical projects to external clients.
• Expertise with physical grid data (GIS) and data formats (CIM, PSS/E, CYME, DIGSILENT).
• Ability to translate technical blockers into business risks for delivery teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical delivery of Tapestry products to utilities, grid operators, and energy market participants worldwide.
• Ingest, transform, and validate large-scale utility data and grid models for customer environments.
• Develop playbooks and runbooks; design experiments to validate new use cases and markets.
• Coordinate with sales, engineering, and data science to ensure successful onboarding and time-to-value.
• Mentor teams and drive adoption through customer training and support.
