Tapestry is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead a world-class team of engineers responsible for powering an evolving electric grid across the planet. You will own the technical strategy and infrastructure for global deployments in multiple regions and work closely with Product, UX, Data Science, ML, and Power Systems teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS, EE, or related technical discipline.
• 3+ years of technical leadership and people management.
• 8+ years building scalable, cloud-based production systems (GCP preferred).
• Experience with large-scale data processing, backend services, and frontend design.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to translate ML and software concepts for diverse audiences.
