Job summary

EPRI is seeking a Staff Level III Engineer in Measurement-Based Grid Monitoring Analytics and Control to advance R&D on real-time grid monitoring, analytics, and control. Qualifications

• PhD in Electrical and Computer Engineering focusing on power systems.
• Expertise in power system dynamics, stability and control.
• Experience with synchrophasor technology and applications.

Responsibilities

• Develop methods and software tools for synchrophasor applications in real-time operations.
• Conduct large-scale power-system modeling/simulation using electromechanical tools.
• Prepare technical reports/papers and present to stakeholders.
• Support proposal development and business development initiatives.
